“Printer out of Paper” – inserting paper into printer #
The screen shows “PRINTER OUT OF PAPER” if there is no paper-roll.

We must refill the paper-roll into the printer slot when the printer runs out of paper.
Please follow these steps below. #
Step 1) Removing:
Remove the blue shaft from the printer by pressing both ends, discard old paper-roll.

Step 2) Adding:
Insert the blue shaft in the new paper-roll as shown, place the shaft by pressing the shaft on both sides into the printer slot.

Step 3) Inserting:
Feed the paper into the printer.
Go to the dashboard page and tap on the TestPrint button.

To clear the Paper Jam #
Use old Credit/Debit/Visiting cards to clear the jam/paper struck inside the printer.
Follow these steps to clear the paper jam.
Step 1)
Cut the paper with a scissor.
Step 2) #
Press the clip at bottom and lift the printer as shown.

Step 3) #
Rotating the side knob and removing jammed paper-roll.
Step 4) #
Clear all pieces of paper inside the printer slot with the help of a card. Again check for any left over pieces of paper, and clean it completely.

Step 5) #
Bring the printer part to its original position as shown.

Step 6) #
Feed the paper end into the printer, the printer will automatically pull the paper.Then tap on dashboard,tap on ‘Test Print’ to verify.
How to avoid “Paper Jam”? #
Instruct to customers/users #
- Not to close the paper outlet during the receipt printing.
- Make sure to use good quality paper-rolls
- Low quality or thin papers are prone to being struck leading to paper jam.
- Periodically clean the printer slot from unused cards.
Instruct to customers/users #
- When filling the paper-roll, check the direction of paper insertion. If the paper is inserted crosswise into the printer slot, It leads to paper jam.

How to turn off/on the item and category #
Turn off the item by tapping on the blue toggle button. Turn on the item by tapping on the toggle button. verify after closing the door

Can We Schedule the item or category along with day and time? #
Note:- The scheduling can be modified only through logging into qsr-lite cloud application.
You can view the scheduled day and time for a particular item. #

How to check payment status of an order #
Any confusion after ordering can be verified by looking at the “orders” page.
The orders page clearly indicates 3 payment status – completed, pending, and failed payments.
Go to the orders page by opening the door and tapping on “orders”. #
To view the particular order details tap on the “blue view” button .
- The Order page is visible as shown.

You can view pending payments here. #
- tap-on the pending transaction to verify.
- Result of pending payment is displayed as completed/failed.

- Failed status indicates,failed transaction,so no bill is generated.
